Terms of Service and General Rules
By using Mafia Seduction, you agree to comply with these General Rules and the Mafia Seduction Terms of Service. Violation of these rules may result in suspension, freezing, restriction, or termination of your account.
Purchases and Virtual Items
Mafia Seduction sells optional digital products including Premium Supporter memberships, game credits, reserve packs, and other virtual game items or benefits.
Purchases of game credits, turns, Premium Supporter memberships, reserve packs, or other virtual items are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE except where required by applicable law.
All game cash, credits, reserves, virtual items, jackpot rewards, and other in-game benefits are for entertainment and in-game use only. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, sold back to Mafia Seduction, transferred for money, or converted into real-world currency.
Round Jackpot Rules
Some game rounds may include a Round Jackpot.
The Round Jackpot is awarded only as virtual in-game rewards. Rewards may include game cash, credits, reserves, or other virtual game items.
Round Jackpot rewards have no real-world cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, transferred for money, sold back to Mafia Seduction, or converted into cash.
No real-money cash payout is available for the Round Jackpot.
Jackpot eligibility and final placement are determined by the published Game Rules and final leaderboard results.
Mafia Seduction reserves the right to verify a winner's identity and eligibility before issuing virtual prizes.
Any attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, use multiple accounts, manipulate results, or otherwise violate the Game Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of virtual rewards.
Mafia Seduction reserves the right to modify, substitute, reduce, suspend, or cancel virtual in-game jackpot rewards when reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical problems, game integrity issues, or other circumstances affecting the operation of the game.
RULES
PLEASE READ
1. Multiple Accounts
Having more than one account is forbidden. If we determine that you are using more than one account, your account may be removed. Mafia Seduction has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding cheating.
Being a Premium Supporter does not make you exempt from the rules or qualify you for special treatment. All accounts caught cheating are subject to the same enforcement regardless of supporter status.
Mafia Seduction may restrict the use of proxy hosts, proxy IP addresses, VPNs, anonymizing services, or other methods used to conceal or manipulate account access when necessary to prevent cheating or abuse.
2. Shared Computers and Accounts
Account sharing is not permitted. Players are responsible for activity performed through their accounts.
Using another player's account or allowing another person to use your account may result in restrictions or bans when the activity appears to involve multiple-account abuse, cheating, or circumvention of game rules.
Multiple players using the same IP address may be permitted when they are legitimately using separate devices and separate accounts, provided there is no account sharing, coordination intended to circumvent the rules, or other prohibited activity.
3. Outside Programs, Automation and Glitches
Using unauthorized programs, scripts, browser automation, plug-ins, auto-refresh tools, exploits, glitches, or other methods to alter or automate gameplay is prohibited.
Players should report bugs or glitches rather than exploit them. Knowingly abusing a bug, vulnerability, or unintended game mechanic may result in account suspension, removal, loss of game progress, or other enforcement action.
4. Quitting and Leaking
Do not request account closure for the purpose of creating another account and gaining an advantage. Creating replacement accounts to attack players, transfer assets, circumvent restrictions, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is considered cheating.
Do not advertise or intentionally give away game cash, credits, reserves, items, or other game assets in a manner intended to manipulate rankings, evade game mechanics, or improperly benefit another player.
5. Spamming and Advertising
Do not spam other players, public boards, chat rooms, mailboxes, or other communication features.
Advertising competing MMORPGs or sending unsolicited advertisements for other games or services through Mafia Seduction is prohibited.
6. Posting and Player Conduct
Do not post private attack information on public boards or public chat rooms when prohibited by the game.
Do not flood another player's inbox, transfers, boards, or other communication features. Do not disclose another player's private or personal information.
Harassment, discriminatory content, excessive disruption, or behavior intended primarily to interfere with other players' use of the game may result in enforcement action.
7. Profanity and Discriminatory Content
Player names, family names, profiles, messages, and other content must not contain excessive profanity, racial slurs, discriminatory attacks, or other seriously abusive material.
Mild adult language may be permitted in appropriate areas of the game, but Mafia Seduction may require offensive content to be changed or removed.
8. Threatening Messages
Mafia Seduction is a Mafia-themed game, and fictional in-game threats and rivalries are part of gameplay. However, real-world threats against another player, their family, property, safety, or livelihood are prohibited.
Keep threats and rivalries within the fictional context of the game. Real-world threats, harassment, or disclosure of personal information may result in immediate account action.
9. Player Names and Family Names
Names containing excessive profanity, racial or religious slurs, seriously discriminatory material, or prohibited sexual content are not allowed.
Mafia Seduction may require a player or family to change an inappropriate name. Failure to comply may result in account or family restrictions.
10. Adult Content
Mafia Seduction is intended for adults. Limited mature content may appear in profiles or family media, but explicit sexual content or other material deemed inappropriate by Mafia Seduction may be removed.
Players who repeatedly violate this rule may have their accounts restricted or removed.
11. Families
Family size may be restricted according to the settings of the applicable game round. The maximum family size may change from time to time.
Players may create alliances or family extensions, but Mafia Seduction is not responsible for private agreements between families. Separate families should use distinct family identities and icons.
12. Malicious Links and Hacking
Do not send malicious links, malware, scripts, or other content intended to compromise another player's account, device, or computer.
Do not threaten to hack Mafia Seduction or another player's account. Attempts to compromise the game, server, accounts, database, or other systems may result in immediate account termination and other appropriate action.
Players should use caution when opening links received from other players. Mafia Seduction is not responsible for damage caused by third-party websites, downloads, or software.
13. Staff
Mafia Seduction staff members help players, investigate problems, and enforce the Game Rules.
Players may disagree with a staff decision and may request review by another appropriate staff member. Harassment, threats, or abuse directed toward staff members may result in enforcement action.
14. Common Sense and Fair Play
Not every possible form of abuse, exploitation, manipulation, or disruptive behavior can be specifically listed in these rules.
Players are expected to use common sense and play fairly. Conduct intended to circumvent the rules, exploit the game, manipulate rankings, harm other players outside normal gameplay, or undermine the integrity of Mafia Seduction may result in appropriate enforcement action.
Virtual Round Rewards
Mafia Seduction may offer virtual Round Jackpot rewards and other in-game prizes. All such rewards are for use within Mafia Seduction only, have no real-world cash value, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, sold back, exchanged, or converted into real-world money.
