1. By signing up for an account, you agree to the following terms. Your use of Mafia Seduction is subject to this Terms of Service Agreement (TOS). The TOS may change from time to time. Continued use of Mafia Seduction after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Participation in Mafia Seduction is voluntary. By using the service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and the published Game Rules.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR PARTICIPATE IN THIS GAME.


2. Exclusions of Warranty and Liability

THE SERVICE, GAME, SOFTWARE, CONTENT, AND OTHER MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH MAFIA SEDUCTION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Mafia Seduction does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or free from technical problems. You use the service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mafia Seduction and its owners, operators, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of Mafia Seduction is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Mafia Seduction is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, products, services, or practices of third-party websites.

3. Digital Products and Purchases

Mafia Seduction sells optional digital products including Premium Supporter memberships, game credits, reserve packs, and other virtual game items or benefits.

Purchases are for digital entertainment products delivered for use within Mafia Seduction. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable after the applicable digital products or benefits have been delivered to the player's account.

Premium Supporter memberships, game credits, reserve packs, and other purchases do not represent deposits, investments, stored-value accounts, financial products, or cash balances.

4. Virtual Items and Game Currency

All game cash, credits, reserves, virtual items, jackpot rewards, and other in-game benefits are virtual entertainment items for use within Mafia Seduction only.

Virtual items and game currency have no real-world cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, sold back to Mafia Seduction, transferred for money, or converted into real-world currency.

Purchasing or receiving virtual game items does not create a right to receive money from Mafia Seduction.

5. Round Jackpots and Leaderboard Rewards

From time to time, Mafia Seduction may offer Round Jackpots, leaderboard rewards, promotional competitions, or other in-game prizes.

All Round Jackpot, leaderboard, promotional, and competition prizes are awarded exclusively as virtual in-game rewards. Rewards may include game cash, credits, reserves, or other virtual game items.

No real-money cash payout is available for a Round Jackpot or leaderboard prize.

Round Jackpot and leaderboard rewards have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred for money, sold back to Mafia Seduction, or converted into real-world currency.

Eligibility, final placement, prize distribution, and winner verification are determined according to the published Game Rules and any applicable promotion rules.

Cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized multiple accounts, manipulating game results, or otherwise violating the Game Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of virtual rewards.

Mafia Seduction reserves the right to modify, suspend, substitute, reduce, or cancel virtual game rewards when reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical problems, game integrity issues, or other circumstances affecting the operation of the game.

6. Account Enforcement

Players who violate these Terms of Service or the Game Rules may have their account suspended, frozen, restricted, or terminated.

Being a Premium Supporter does not exempt a player from the Terms of Service or Game Rules and does not entitle a player to special treatment regarding enforcement actions.

Virtual items or game progress lost as a result of cheating, unauthorized activity, player actions, attacks, or violations of the Game Rules may not be restored.

7. Account Information and Legal Compliance

Mafia Seduction may access, preserve, or disclose account information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process; enforce these Terms of Service or the Game Rules; respond to claims involving the rights of third parties; respond to player support requests; or protect the rights, property, security, and safety of Mafia Seduction, its players, staff, or the public.

8. Changes to the Service

Mafia Seduction may modify game features, virtual items, game balance, round structures, rewards, prices, or other aspects of the service from time to time.

Continued use of Mafia Seduction after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

9. Game Rules

These Terms of Service should be read together with the Mafia Seduction Game Rules. Players are responsible for complying with both the Terms of Service and Game Rules.
